step 1.
Once you have ordered your Acuvue contact lenses, you will receive an email with the title “Claim Your $XXX MyACUVUE® Reward!” (see picture below for example). 

step 2.
Open that email. At the bottom of the email, click the button that says “CLAIM YOUR REWARD” (see picture below for example).

step 3.
You will be redirected to a website to confirm your patient profile information. On this page you will need to fill out some basic information (see picture below for example). 

step 4.
Fill in your email address, your name and address. Click the “CONFIRM” button once you are finished with the form (see picture below for example). 

step 5.
Once you have confirmed your patient profile information, you will receive a confirmation email titled “Your ACUVUE® Reward Has Arrived!” (see picture below for example). 

step 6.
Stated on the bottom of that email, you will get another email to select a virtual or physical rebate card. This email should arrive within 7 days (see picture below for example).

step 7.
You will receive an email titled “Your ACUVUE® Reward Has Arrived!“. Open this email to claim your rebate. Click “CONFIRM YOUR PAYMENT” button in this email (see picture for example below). 

step 8.
Depending on your choice (virtual vs. physical), use your rebate card as cash. Go out in the world to make it rain or use it to pay your bills (see GIF for example of making it rain).
